Common Questions
AI portrait generation failed. What should I do?
Please check your internet connection and try again. If a paid credit was used but no portrait was generated, contact us with a short description of what happened. We may restore the affected credit when we can verify a technical failure.
I do not like the generated portrait. Can I get the credit back?
AI-generated results can vary by photo quality, lighting, pose, and selected style. If a portrait was successfully generated, the credit may be considered used even if you do not like the artistic result.
How do portrait credits work?
Portrait credits are consumable in-app items used to create AI portraits. The app will show the required number of credits before generation. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I restore purchases?
If the app includes a Restore Purchases option, open the app and use it to restore eligible purchases. Consumable credits may be restored only when supported by Apple's purchase records and the app's purchase system.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why does the app need photo access?
Persona Studio needs access to the photos you choose so it can upload your selected selfie and generate an AI profile portrait. You can manage photo permissions in the iOS Settings app.
How do I delete generated portraits?
You can delete generated portraits from inside the app where the delete option is available. If you saved a portrait to your Photos library, you can delete it from the Photos app separately.
Are my photos used to train AI models?
No. Persona Studio does not use your uploaded photos or generated portraits to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
Tips for Better Results
- Use a clear front-facing selfie with good lighting.
- Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, motion blur, or extreme angles.
- Choose a photo where your face is not covered or cropped.
- Try a different style if the first result does not match the look you want.
